Which plan should I choose?


You have a free trial to use and test GO software applications. This will help you to ensure the product is suitable for you, your team, or organization. The plan comparison is a guide to help you understand the different functionalities of the subscription.

Where is my data and is it secure?


The security of your Personal Information is important to us but note that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

What happens after my trial?


After your trial, you will be able to use a free version of the application if available. This application will only have basic functionality. To enable more features you will need to subscribe to either the Individual or Team plan. You will need to upgrade to a paid subscription where a free version of the application is not available. Your data from the trial and free version will be stored and available when you subscribe.

How is a user defined?


A user is a person who uses the account on an Individual subscription or a member of a team on a Team subscription. Deleting a user will delete their information and records.

How do I pay for my subscription?  


GO software uses Stripe to facilitate payments. Payment can be made with credit or debit cards (Visa or Mastercard).

Refund policy


Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds on purchases due to the free trials we provide before purchase and the low cost of our products.

Product upgrades and improvements


GO software will be further developed and upgraded to the benefit of paid users. We will keep you informed regarding this.

What if I have more than 50 users?


Please contact Go Software at support@go-software.org for customized pricing.

Can I purchase additional slots on a Teams account?


Yes, you can purchase additional slots by clicking on the "Add slots" button. After purchasing the required slots, you can invite members by clicking on the "Invite member" button. Slots will be immediately available.


You will immediately be billed pro-rata for the additional slots until your next billing date. Your pro-rata payments can be viewed in the "Payment" tab. All re-occurring subscriptions will then be due at the same time and date at the next payment interval. 


Additional slots will be added to your recurring billing.

Can I remove a member from my Teams account?


Remove a member from your available slots by clicking on the "bin" next to their email address. This slot will remain available and can be reallocated to another member.


You can also delete a slot, reducing the number of Team members with active accounts on your subscription. The amount payable will only be adjusted on the next billing date and the service will remain available until this date.
